I have free account and enough credit, and enabled GKE API. But cannot see features/options i.e https://cloud.google.com/kubernetes-engine/docs/how-to/creating-a-zonal-cluster describes. Any advise please?

By default, when you want to create a GKE cluster, you are directed to the page for creating a GKE autopilot cluster. Autopilot mode simplifies the process of creating a cluster by handling many details for you. The documentation you referred to is specifically discussing the features and options available in the standard GKE cluster mode.
To switch to the standard GKE cluster setup page, you need to click the "Switch to Standard Cluster" button located in the top-right corner of the page. This will allow you to access the additional features and options described in the documentation.
