Can you describe the node status? Have you checked the cluster events? And finally, if the workload logs are enabled, have you reviewed those as well?

it becomes difficult to find exact turnaround without knowing the exact issue.

In general, this error is usually do to firewall issues (or possibly connectivity issues if using a private cluster / private nodes).
Can you provide a few more details on how you are creating the cluster?   For example, are you using the UI to do this and using the defaults, are you using your own VPC/subnets, etc
