GCP offers a set of capabilities that can helps manage multi-clusters environments on Google Cloud and across public cloud and on-premises environments. These capabilities are all built around the idea of the fleet (https://cloud.google.com/kubernetes-engine/fleet-management/docs/fleet-concepts).

When you have your fleet configured I suggest to try Anthos Service Mesh (https://cloud.google.com/service-mesh/docs/overview), a fully managed product that can be a single easy solution for multi-cluster management.
