Status Unable to read all metrics In GKE Autoscaler

I am new to Google Cloud. I have set up one Kubernetes cluster from the UI. But I am getting Unable to read all metrics in Autoscaler. Looks like it needs CPU usage to be active. How can I enable Autoscaler?
