A100 GPU instances

i am trying to create an instance with A100 GPU, i increased global gpu quota to 1 and the us-east-4  quota as well

  however when i try to create the instance i get this error not sure what else i am missing :

You might not have enough quota for this VM

Were you able to resolve this? I'm having the same issue where my quota increase was approved but i get the same error message as you.
