Access methods to services in Google production infrastructure

I am reaching out with a query in relation to the following page:

https://cloud.google.com/vpc/docs/private-access-options

The doc says:

> The access methods are different for services in VPC networks compared to services in Google's production infrastructure. The former use peering or Private Service Connect; the latter use Private Google Access or Private Service Connect.

My query is: what is the Google's production infrastructure. And why is the access method different for Google's production infrastructure.

Hello @mountaincode2,

Thank you for contacting Google Cloud Community.

I understand that you would like to know what is meant by Google's Production Infrastructure and also the reason, why the access options are different for services in Google's Production Infrastructure when compared to the services in VPC Networks. Please correct me, if I misunderstood.

Please note that Google's Production Infrastructure is meant by the Google APIs and Services provided by Google. The access methods are different for services in VPC networks compared to services in Google's production infrastructure due to the feature limitations of various access options available.

For more information regarding service limitations and various access options, please refer to link1, link2 and PSC Vs PSA Vs PGA

I hope the above provided information is helpful.

Thanks & Regards,
Manish Bavireddy.

Got it. Thank you.
