Agentspace setup with 3P salesforce connector failing - Also agentspace console needs improvement

I am trying to setup a salesforce connector with Agentspace Enterprise.  Connector status is not "Active" as you can see in the screenshot below. Couple of improvements possible

1. Even though the latest sync failed the "Error Details" column which is the last one shows no errors. Also it would be nice to have a hyperlink redirecting to Cloud Logging to aid in troubleshooting. At present I have no idea what logs to look at

2. The standard "view columns" available with most of the services (option to select / deselect columns)  is missing

Hi @dheerajpanyam ,

Welcome to Google Cloud Community.

Here are the best ways to submit your requests to Google Cloud, based on your needs:

  • For UI & Visual Feedback: Use the "Feedback on AI Application" button (found on upper left). This is the most direct way to report interface issues to the product teams.
  • For Formal Tracking: Create a ticket in the public Vertex AI Issue Tracker. This is best for bugs or feature requests that you want to track publicly.
  • For Prioritized Enterprise Support: Contact your Google Cloud Representative (Account Manager or TAM). This is a powerful channel for getting your organization's needs prioritized internally.

For additional information please check the request feature documentation.

Hi @kensan I am very much aware of the options you mentioned. As you can see this is nothing to do with UI. Considering that Agentspace is in allowlist , there is minimal troubleshooting options and documentation /connector guide is also outdated doesn't align with what i see in  Salesforce
