Backup and DR for SAP ASE database

Hello All

We are trying to configure Backup and DR service for SAP ASE database but tool is not detecting the instance or database to start the backup. any document or troubleshooting document to troubleshoot the issue.

SLES SUSE Linux server & SAP ASE 16 SP03 version

Here are a couple of links that may be helpful.  The first gives an overview of how the SAP ASE backups are taken.  The second link provides the prerequisites for discovering and backing up data bases, including creating a backup user id and installing the backup and dr agent.
