Can not create artifact registry, I got error.

I want to create an artifact registry from the GCP console UI, but got the error below.

How could I fix this? I had enabled artifact registry API.

 

 

 

Error: Error creating Repository: googleapi: Error 400: Project number is not supported

Maybe take and post a screen shot of the exact parameters supplied in the request.

I tried to take a screen shot but it didn't error anymore. I don't know why but it slove.
