Cloud Domains: My domain is suspended because the registrant email address has not yet been verified

Hi Experts,

Our domain is suspended because the registrant email address has not yet been verified.
The person whose contact details are provided initially is not part of the organization anymore.
Now we have tried resetting the contact details for the domain registration but looks like both the new and old emails needs to be verified.

The old email address is no more accessible hence we are unable to change the contact and verify the details. As a result the domain state is 'suspended'.

Any help on the same will be really great!

Hi, I have the same problem being caused by the fact that I have moved a domain from Google domains to Google cloud domains (I needed this to setup domain management via helm). The transition was ok, and to my memory I also remember that I have confirmed the email, but I regardless, the domain is suspended. The problem is that I have used a registrant email coming fro that domain, so:

  1. I have tried to change the registrant contact info from the Google cloud console, but the confirmation email is still sent to the old address
  2. i have used the gcloud cli to update the registrant contact, and now the changes are pending since several days, even if I have received the email to the new email and confirmed this

this is a big problem for me, as this is my business domain. Thanks for help
