Cloud Storage metrics seem to be underreporting since 20 June

Cloud Storage metrics seem to be underreporting by about 65% . We suddenly, around June 20, started to see a substantial drop in our metrics for "Received bytes" and API requests for Cloud Storage. Checking all our other related metrics (error metrics, our internal metrics), nothing seems to corroborate this drop-off. Looking at our billing data, it also seems Google is still billing us for a stable amount of usage, not a 65% dropoff.

Has anyone else seen anything like this?
