Static content served in a Not Public site no longer renders in browser.

This message was sent in the console of my Firefox browser:

The resource from “(some .css file in bucket)” was blocked due to MIME type (“text/html”) mismatch (X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff).

This seems to apply to images as well as style sheets served from this bucket.

This content is not served from a CDN but from a GCS bucket.

Tried to edit the metadata for css and html files. Changed "Content-Type" to "nosniff", "text/css", and also tried to add custom metadata X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff.
