Converting my GCP account into enterprise to create an Organization Unit

Hi

     time ago I signed up to GCP using a personal (gmail) account. I created a project and then deployed some VMs, Storage Buckets and Cloud SQL databases.

Now, I need to add other projects and create my OU. 

How can do that without losing my current project? Is there a way to convert my account and in the process keep my project?
