Cost increased, then decreased again

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone else saw their price go up, and then back down again.  I'm on Google App Engine Standard, and the price increased, but has now gone back down:

I checked my usage, and nothing unusual:

I'm constantly updating my site, so there is a good chance it's something I did, but I'm at a loss as to what it would have been.

If I drill down into the cost, it just says "App Engine" and in there it's just "Frontend Instances":

Anyway, not a big deal, as you can see, it's just a small cheap project, so I'm not really concerned.  More curious why the jump, and if I'm alone in seeing it or not.

Thanks!  🙂

Hi @Craigo , I suggest checking the trend of instance hours. That might show a closer correlation w/ the trend of monthly billing. I'm also curious to learn more. If you don't mind, please share the graph showing the month-wise instance hours.

Btw, fyi, "Frontend instances" means instances of the "F" class[1].

Thanks @kumards ,

Apologies for the slow reply.  Yes, using the F1 instances.

<instance-class>F1</instance-class>

When I look at the instance hours, I can only see the last few days, this is because when I've been deploying new versions (which I do every few days), I've been deleting the old versions, and I can't see a way to show the instance hours regardless of the version:

Sorry, I think I found it in reports:

It does look like I have more usage during that time.  Interesting.  I must have put some ineffecient code in somewhere.  Thanks for the solution @kumards !
