Does gcp offeres 1TB free data transfer outside to internet from google cloud services.
And also what is free tire limit for data transfer outside gcp cloud form compute engines. 
And also what are the charges for data transrer within in same zones, different zones in same region and different regions, and outside to internet egress

I don't think GCP offers 1 TB of free egress. The free limit is 1 GB per month. Ingress data transfer is free.
