Default Collate for SQL Express

Hi there, I'm creating a VM with the following image "sql-2017-express-windows-2019-dc-v20220713", but the database collate defaults to "SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS", and I need it to default to another set.

Is this possible?, during the installation there's no where to change it as everything is "canned".

Hi, Bruno. What GCP product are you using to create your VM? Or using it as a VM?
