I deleted an instance with --delete-disks=all, and thought that all associated disks were deleted. I now see that the instance's boot disk is still around, and claims to be in use by the deleted instance; I can't delete it, because it's 'in use'. I also can't detach it, because the instance doesn't exist; when I use the CLI I get "Unable to find an instance with name [NAME]", and when I try to click through to the instance in the console, I see an error "Unable to find the resource you requested".
How can I delete this disk for real?
