Does GCP support REST APIs for SAS Portal? If yes then how to get access of base url? https://www.googleapis.com/auth/sasportal

I got documentation for the SAS portal REST APIs implementation SAS Portal API  |  Spectrum Access System APIs  |  Google for Developers But base URL of SAS portal REST APIs is different than the URL of SAS portal web UI, So required authorization for base URL of SAS portal REST APIs

Base url for rest APIs: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/sasportal

SAS API PORTAL URL: SAS Portal (google.com)
