Domain on blocked project Google Cloud Platform

Hey,

 

I've got an account on Google Cloud Platform and my project has been blocked due to violations of Terms of Service.

I know what I did wrong, however Google doesn't want to activate this project.

The problem is that I have got a domain there which I want to use. 

Is there any possibility to retrieve domain from blocked project?
