Dos attack wrongly detected and account locked

Hello,

A dos attack was detected by Google Cloud this night originate from our account. From the error message send by GCP, the attack lasted less than a minute. We are sure that this is a mistake but Google decided to reduce our bandwith sinificatly. Our account is useless.

We complained via the form, but received this e-mail by the "Google Cloud Compliance" :

We tried to response several times today, but we received the exact same message this afternoon.

Could somebody help us unlock our account or give us a way to speak to a human, not a bot ? Our business depends on it.

Let me start by saying, I am sorry to hear about this situation and I hope it can be resolved soon.

On the other hand, it's important to clarify this public forum is not the best place to attempt an escalation or to request an account unlock.

From the information you shared in your question, another appeal seems to be the best path to follow at the moment. The Trust & Safety Team are the people who will assist you.

Additionally, I am sharing with you 3 different ways to start troubleshooting this issue if you haven't used them already.

1. Can't sign in to your Google Account.
