Hi @harsh-jain - sorry to hear you're experiencing downtime with GCP. Have you checked this dashboard to review that status of the particular service you're using? Hopefully this matter has been resolved.

This error code might be caused by many reasons such as quota limits, back-end network issues, zonal resource issues or a known issue.

For further investigation please contact Google support.
