Hey guys
We have a problem with one of our instances where the GPU has stopped working and processing is done on the CPU only, even though we pay for it.
The problem is that we can't post a support ticket because we're still on the 'billing only' plan (due to management stupidity).
But even if we are on the 'billing only' plan, does that give us the right to provide us with cut backs and resources that don't work. The GPU was stable until January.
This is probably a us-central1-a region-wide problem, not just ours. Because when I try to recreate a machine from an image in some other regions the GPU works, but in this us-central1-a region it doesn't. If someone from GCP support is reading this, please check how 1 x NVIDIA T4s work in the us-central1-a region.
