Google Support team is non responsive and not answering our calls

It has been such a harrowing experience for our team, who have been trying to reach out to google support team to run ads that ran fror 3 days and the are disapproved. We provided website backend check proofs despite that the technical team did not come to help and support us. We did 4-5 rounds of calling and everytime the relationship managers we unable to provide us with solutions. Is this the standard of google service and support. Post that everytime we are calling the support team we get informed that all are busy, and there is never a call back or response on 5 rounds of email reminders that we have sent them.

Did you've tried to escalate your issue via [1].TAM dedicated to your company? Additionally, response time depends on your [2.]Customer Care Support Tier, but you should be able to trigger escalation process for speed up ticket resolution.
