HTTP Load Balancing not distributing traffic equally

I have created a load balancer with Traffic Policy: Round Robin on the unmanaged instance group with 2 servers and 4 servers at the backend. (Both LB are different)

Traffic is not getting distributed equally for the 2 and 4 servers' setup. I am unable to understand the issue.

How to resolve such traffic these imbalanced traffic issues

May I know if you were following any documentations or guides prior to this? Can you share any link/s of it?

Also, how were you able to test or check that the traffic was not distributed equally? Can you share screenshots?
