How can I change time zone's settings on my instance?

If I go to change the time zone of my instance it tells me that I can't and that I need to contact the server administrator to fix it, the problem is that I'm a sneaker reseller and the bots I run take their date and time settings from my instance's time zone, so I don't know what I need to do to fix it because I don't have access to Google support. Can anyone help me with this?

Hello yung,

To update the time zone in the Server Manager under the Local Server properties. I clicked one the incorrect time zone to the right of the timezone. The "Date and Time" window popped up. then I was able to click change time zone and select the correct time zone. I was able to navigate to the "Date and Time" window before I figured out this fix but was not able to change the time zone. The way above was the only way I was able to change the time zone and make it stick. You can check this documentation for reference.
