How do I link an SKU cost to the resource that caused it?

My bills are increasing significantly each month due to SKU 'Network Internet Data Transfer Out from Belgium to Apac(Excluding Korea and Indonesia)'  - SKU ID - 6AA7-5747-901F.

Please could you tell me how I link this SKU charge to a namespace or process on a cluster to investigate further and resolve to reduce the cost? On our cluster we have multiple namespaces for different applications but I cannot link the SKU charge to a particular resource.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
