Hi Team,

We want to enable Cloud CDN for external application load balancer. We are planning to cache static content. We want to estimate price for cloud CDN by pricing calculator.

We need to find out below details from my environment to calculate the pricing.

Kindly guide us how we can find out below metrics

Cache data transfer out	Cache data transfer out in North America
Cache fill	Data transfer to Cloud CDN caches
Cache lookup requests	GET and HEAD HTTP methods
