I can't delete and modify vpc network

The fault is as follows

Delete network "vpc-1"

The resource 'projects/********/global/networks/vpc-1' is not ready

Updating network "default"
Operation type [switchToCustomMode] failed with message "Internal error. Please try again or contact Google Support. (Code: '3901098266172102219')"

There's an incident in one of the EU data centres but they also have a separate issue with the HTTP load balancer too with other `global` products affected.
