Intermittent routing issue in us-west3

Hello,

We're noticing intermittent routing failures out to certain hosts on the Internet from VMs in us-west3. Anyone else seeing this issue? A simple test is to run 'dig google.com @1.1.1.1' , it will intermittently time out.

Upon checking here on the Google Cloud Service Health, there are no intermittent routing issues as of the moment.
