Is Terraform Reverse Engineering possible on GCP?

Hello,

We have a customer setup with mainly serverless compute (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run and AppEngine) deployed via console using point and click method over a period of time. Because of governance reasons these need to checked in as code  in GH and version controlled and obviously be able to deploy via an IaC tool preferably Terraform. Is it possible from console to get the TF source code from GCP console which is why i am calling Reverse Engineering. With the recent advancements in GCP console be it Landing Zone or Jumpstart Solutions I believe this should be possible or maybe a starting codebase to work with should be available for export. I remember seeing a Google Cloud blog about an year back or so but can't find it now.
