Lost availability to change DNS records after squarespace migration

Hello,
My domain was bought with Google Cloud Domains but DNS records was managed on Google Domains
On Google Domains I have a message "domain migrated to Squarespace" well,
but I can't see my domains on their console.
Told their support who said "you would need to contact Google directly to help you accept the terms of services"
Really strange for me, never had issue on Google Domains
Is it a way to I accept those terms of services anywhere?

From Google cloud domains I eventually can transfert my domains elsewhere but I cannot see the current DNS configuration to report same records on the new provider (was only visible on Google Domains)

On Cloud shell you can retrieve your current DNS records
1° Connect to your projet

gcloud config set project yourprojetname

2° download your records

gcloud domains registrations google-domains-dns export-dns-record-sets yourdomainename.com --records-file=./Downloads/anyfilename.txt --zone-file-format
