Make a simple image with Chrome and Notepad++ Compute Engine Windows 2022 Datacenter Virtual Machine

I have a simple goal.

I have started using Google Cloud for personal use and created a Virtual Machine.

I want to make an image with Google Chrome and NotePad++ installed with an image to speed up installing doing the job once well and using the image for multiple virtual machines instead of making for example seven virtual machines and installing Chrome and notepad++ seven times.

I have tried to make an image, but the image only copied the operating system.

How can I copy applications with an image?
