Hi team,
My Google Cloud VPS was suspended recently, and I received a notice saying it may be due to crypto mining or suspicious activity.
I want to clarify that I have not used this VPS for any crypto mining or policy-violating activities.
This instance contains a Docker Swarm setup I was working on, and I don’t have a backup. I’m not very experienced with Swarm and recovering from scratch would be very difficult.
I am on the Basic (billing-only) support plan and unable to create a technical support case. Kindly help me by:
Reviewing the suspension decision
Or giving me temporary access to retrieve the Swarm configuration and back up important files.

If your Google Cloud account is suspended for violating policies or GCP Acceptable Use Policy, you will lose access to your projects but not to other services like Gmail. You will receive an email with instructions to submit an appeal through the Cloud Console. To create an effective appeal, we strongly recommend first reviewing the best practices in the Policy Violations FAQ and the detailed information in the Project Suspension Guidelines.

I’ve submitted the appeal as advised, but I sincerely request temporary access to my suspended project. I only need access to recover an important Swarm file, which is the result of a lot of personal effort and hard work.
I wasn’t involved in any kind of policy violation or mining activity — just running a node for learning and development purposes.
Please help me recover my data before it’s permanently deleted. I genuinely don’t want to lose the time, energy, and dedication I’ve put into this.
