Network problem with Zone europe-north1-a (Finland)?

Hi,

does anyone have VMs or services in the region europe-north1-a (Finland) and can't access those via SSH or HTTPS anymore? We have an issue out of the blue since yesterday, and it happened for shorter periods once or twice also in December and February. Anyone with similar experiences?

When the issue happened, were there any recent changes or activities on your project, as well as with the VMs? I suggest you check the activity logs to determine and isolate what causes your VMs to be inaccessible via SSH or HTTPs.

One option you can consider here or workaround that you can try is to upgrade the machine to a higher machine type if this happening for several times, based on what you've mentioned. It can be because your instance's workload is overwhelming preventing you to access it via SSH/HTTP. You can follow this guide on how to upgrade your your machine type.

If this will not work, I suggest you coordinate this with Paid Support for them to check further what causes the issue.
