Plesk installation down on compute, websites down, and SSH unavailable.

I set up a PLESK installation which has crashed. The websites linked to it are down, and SSH "could not connect". I'm working with the current assumption it has run out of disk space, but I can't confirm. 

I'm using a trial so no GCP support is available. 

Any ideas?
