Private IPs not available for apigee in peering mode

We ran out of IPs in the network , do we have alternative for using private range for apigee (peering mode) with any other non RFC range in private service access.

This range could be a non-RFC 1918 IP range as long as the range is not a privately used public IP address (PUPI)).
