Regional ISP Blocking WireGuard in Poland

We are unable to turn on WireGuard VPN in europe-central2, as it appears that an upstream provider is blocking this traffic from USA ISPs. Can anyone at Google confirm if there are regional ISP restrictions inbound to this GCP region?

We are able to test WireGuard successfully from us-east1 to europe-central2, where the traffic never leaves the Google backbone.

Note: It is not port specific being blocked, but rather, protocol based block. OpenVPN traffic is unaffected by this ISP filtering.
