SAS Deployment: Unable to create or share access to a new use

I am trying to share access to a new user in the SAS portal deployment and it keeps failing. Doesn't matter whether it's a CPI, Editor or Viewer access, keeps returning a pop-up that says "Share failed: Requested entity was not found"

Good question!

This error message usually indicates that the e-mail you attempted to provide a user role to was not a Google account. To leverage the best of Google's security, users are required to log into the SAS Portal using Google accounts.  You may either:

• Ask your user to register this email as a Google Account at https://accounts.google.com/signup and choose "Use my current email address instead".
• Use a Gmail account reserved for professional purposes. Do not use a personal Gmail account.
