Are the SAS servers experiencing any issues at the moment?
We don't see any indication of a loss of registration or license but just lost broadcast on roughly 30 nodes managed via a NetSpan MGMT System and licensed via Google SAS.
Please let me know if you have any ongoing outages, and if you can suggest further action.
I don't see any indications of an outage event occurring yesterday. If you’d like to check on the status of an outage, or to see if the SAS service is currently available, Google SAS is now listed on the Google Cloud Status Dashboard. By referencing the “Spectrum Access System” product line, you’ll be able to immediately see if the service is available or if there is a known incident. You can further track regular status updates by looking for issue summaries under the Spectrum Access System section of the Google Cloud Service Incidents History. This is your new go-to resource for information about any disruption that may be affecting you.
If you don’t see a known incident reported in the dashboard and need to report an outage, you can now do so directly through the SAS Portal by following these steps:
1. Login to your SAS Portal
2. Select the icon with the “!” in the upper right corner
3. Select the type of problem you are experiencing and follow the instructions to file a ticket directly with our support team
