Snapshot Centos Stream9 dont work

I have created a snapshot on an instance with centos stream 9, but when I try to create a new instance using this snapshot, it only works 50%, when it doesn't work, it gives me an error about Cloud Identity, but the Cloud Identity is correct.
Has anyone had the same problem?

Attaching here the documentation for troubleshooting standard disk snapshots that you can check for the concern you have encountered. As per checking, there is no on-going or known issue with snapshots created from CentOS 9 stream that have Cloud Identity issues. You can reach to support to further investigate the concern.
