Snapshot being mixed up or not named correctly

I have 2 servers in a specific project where the snapshots appear to be getting switched. I snapshot disk 1 but when I create a new disk from that snapshot, it actually uses disk 2. When I create a disk from a disk 2 snapshot it actually creates a copy of disk 1.

This is the same for both servers in this project.

I have another project with over 50 disks and I have confirmed that this does not occur in that project.

Hi, by saying disk 2, do you mean to say it creates snapshot of server2's disk when you attempt to create snapshot of server1?
If Not, this looks perfect!
