Takeout export bucket permissions

Has anyone ever tried to generate a takeout export from the Workspace environment? The thing is, that generated bucket with your data (created automatically in GCP) seems to be additionally locked from any modifications, even if you are a super admin. Is there any way to move the data to another bucket or change the retention policy (to remove data deletion rule after 60 days).

By google guidelines, I assume that the idea is to simply download the data manually, but we just can't do that by the GDPR. We'd like the data to stay there in the cloud forever, but even the "Transfer Data" button is locked with the "storagetransfer.jobs.create required" error, while my super admin surely does have this role/permission.

Any ideas how to transfer or archive the data from/in the takeout bucket?

This, a million times over. I've struggled against this for years. Additionally, Workspace says its a Cloud issue, and Cloud says its a Workspace issue.

Dealing with this myself right now. Performed a full export as a super admin. Just got the notification that the export completed (3 days for 13GB data!!) but I can't even download my own data because it says I don't have permissions. It seems I don't really have permission to do anything other than browse the data tree. How do I give myself permission to download the data?
