Unable to create VM Instance with GPU

Increased quota for NVIDIA A100 40GB GPUs in us-west1. When i tried creating vm with gpu and region it's still saying "A a2-highgpu-1g VM instance with 1 nvidia-tesla-a100 accelerator(s) is currently unavailable in the us-west1-b zone. Alternatively, you can try your request again with a different VM hardware configuration or at a later time. For more information, see the troubleshooting documentation.".

This error indicates that while you have the quota for NVIDIA A100 GPUs in the us-west1 region, there is no availability of A100 GPUs in the us-west1-b zone at this time. Quota simply determines the maximum number of resources you are allowed to use, but it does not guarantee the availability of those resources. You may check this potential relevant thread on Reddit for additional references.

You might also want to try using L4 or H100 GPUs for more options for your project.
