Unable to edit quota

Hi, I encountered quota exceeded when trying to purchase a commitment. 

I followed the advice in another thread to edit quota. However, upon clicking on Edit Quota, there is no info showed.

Hi,

Select API and then choose "Edit Quota" or click at desired API -> Select desired API quota and then change quota

PS: I;m not able to change quota for APIs from your screenshot 😄
