Unable to start any GPU instance T4, v100

I just created a GCP account, and every time I try to start a T4 or V100 GPU instance, I get an instance not available in the region error. I have tried multiple US regions.

Hi @medicis,

Welcome to the Google Cloud Community!

Since you just created a GCP account, I assume that you're using a free tier account.

As part of the free tier program of GCP, you cannot add GPUs into your instances. You may view all the components of the Free Tier program in this documentation.

If you want to attach GPUs to your instances, you must upgrade to a paid billing account. You may do so by following the steps in this documentation.
