VM google cloud (ISPCONFIG)

I got free $300 and try vm google to install ISPCONFIG

install ISPCONFIG after failing several times, finally succeeded. However, when run there is no response from ipaddress:8080 is there a solution?

As a quick check list:
- Did you reserve a static external IP address for this project?
- Are you selecting this address in the configuration settings or a wildcard option?
- It's the port 8080 opened in the VPC firewall configuration?
- Could the address be reached by the server itself or any other server in the same network?

or where can i get information about installing ISPCONFIG on VM google (ftp, webdav, webmail, website etc)

Thanks! So if you can't even reach the server locally sound completely like a configuration issue more than anything else.
In that case I would suggest to check if the specific port is being listened and maybe play around with the hosts file as suggested here
