VM not working after resources reinstated

Hi there,

I received a notification that my project resources were suspended due to cryptocurrency activity. Given that I did not engage in this, I quickly appealed and my project was reinstated. However, it seems that my VM no longer works and my external IP address no longer loads my webpage. Is there anything I would be able to do about this?

I'm sorry to hear that your project was suspended.

Regarding your project resources, can you restart your VM or create a new one?

You may also need to check your billing account, as it may have also been affected by the suspension.
