VM with Wordpress keeps disconnecting until finally loses database connection

Hey guys! I have a Woocommerde site on Google Cloud and often when I'm uploading images to the products the website goes down. I was restarting the VM to get everything back to normal but out of nowhere I'm not being able to access my site and I'm receiving an "Error establishing a database connection" message. Any idea what it might be? Thanks!
