Why is the Batch console so slow?

I have been trying to shift my batch jobs from AWS Batch to GCP Batch.

Why is the console so slow? It first takes a few mins to list jobs and then takes another 2-3 mins to list jobs as per the filters?

Is there a way to fasten this?

It has not improved. The list is insanely slow to load and navigate.
We are right now trying to move our operations over from AWS Batch. But the user interface on GCP is unusable as soon as you have a couple of thousand jobs in the list.

We are planning to run many thousand jobs at a time. So this is really a huge bottleneck.
