apigee hybrid installation1.10

Hello all,

I am installed apigee hybrid 1.10 as runtime on AKS whereas its a multiregion set up.
While trying to hit the F5 LTM url , its giving 404 error. We have disabled  SNI . though all env has exactly same setup in apigeeroute and in loadbalancer, dev is giving 200ok response , whereas not able to hit qa env. 

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
